We at Tunk.ai have a dedicated team providing you with the best experience when using our service. In unforeseen circumstances for getting a refund, below are the terms and conditions for refund.

Refund Conditions

1. If you're not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within five days from the date of purchase. Please give appropriate reason for the same.
2. If a refund is possible via the original payment method, we will process the same. But in case if there is an issue with the same, then we will work with you to find an alternative method to process the refund.
   If approved, we would initiate the refund within seven to ten working days.
3. If we are unable to provide access to our services due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund.
4. If the AI generated Text has more than 40% missing transcription, you may request a refund within five days from the date of purchase, and we will investigate it further as per your permission to do so.
5. Tunk.ai reserves the right to modify/change/alter/update the refund policy at any time.
